Gom Ba Woo will be closing their doors on February 16th. If you are in the Annandale area before or on that day, check them out one last time. Friends and I went for a final visit and got the Oh Jing Uh Bokkum, Haemul Pajeon, and Yuk Gae Jang

We came here on a tour with Virginia- liciois tours. The seafood pancake was crispy and flavorful. The customer service was amazing. Will definitely be back to try more things and if you are new to Korean food- most highly recommend the Annandale food tour with Virginia-Liciois

This place was absolutely wonderful! The ambiance is a bit hole in the wall like but the food is great. The service was wonderful also. My friend and I shared a scallion pancake with seafood, which was absolutely massive. I wasn't as hungry as I expected so we probably should have gotten something else. I then got a beef stew and my friend got a Kimchi stew with pork. They also had plenty of sides for our food. Overall, I'd highly suggest this place - just make sure to come hungry!

This is the best place for Korean soup in Annandale. I always get the galbi tang and it has great flavors!! Can't be beat and they have so many other soup options to pick from. If you are ever craving Korean soups, this is the place to go. The servers are also very nice.

This featured restaurant is certainly worth the hype! The food is high-quality, freshly prepared upon ordering, and outrageously tasty. You must, must, must order the fried mandu. They were plump, flavorful, and incredibly fresh. We also got the stir fried pork and vegetables, japchae, dolsot bibimbap, and soon doo boo. You can tell each dish was cooked with so much love. Everything was delicious. The service was amazing, as well! Our waitress went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of, including ensuring that the pescatarian in our party was able to honor her dietary restrictions and that we had more than enough to drink. The restaurant is quaint and charming, a great place for family and friends alike to gather for a nice meal. I cannot wait to come back!

Had a craving for bibimguksu and they were the only place open late. I usually stick to my normal Korean restaurants but I really needed it lol. I called and the lady who took my order was super friendly, even though I ordered 45 min before closing. We picked up and man, craving satisfied. It was so good with the right amount of spice. The portion was huge I had to put most of it in a storage container for later. Will definitely come check out their menu for sure

Service was great and food came out pretty fast I ordered the Kimchi jijgae and wow I was surprised with the amount of meat they put in here! The flavor was paired really well in this dish & wasn't too spicy but not too light either. I enjoyed the Tofu that was added in a block form vs broken down into smaller pieces in other jijae I've had. This was definitely worth the price and quantity. I do wish the menu had more to options to select from other than soup based items but if you're looking for Korean soup this is the go to spot!

Was craving Korean food and found this spot; it definitely hit the cravings well. I ordered the spicy beef soup, and although I had troubles finding the noodles, the rest of the soup was hot and delicious, with a good level of spiciness. The sides too were great and fresh, probably some of the best Korean sides I've had in the area. Service was very nice and accommodating, cleaning up a table for us to sit at and attentively seeing if we needed more water or anything else. The place is rather small but feels homey and the staff are able to accommodate for something. I really enjoyed eating here and definitely would come again for more traditional Korean food.
